Bobbie is passionate about education.
Bobbie believes all students and teachers should be excited to attend school each day – whether in person or virtually
(thanks to our current reality).
What are we doing as educational leaders to make sure that positive, welcoming and engaging climate exists in all of our schools?
Each child should feel a sense of belonging and know that there is at least one caring adult that is willing to do whatever it takes to help them succeed.

Bobbie has been an educator for over 24 years. She has been an elementary guidance counselor, elementary classroom teacher, special education coordinator, Title I Director, Preschool Director and Administrator. Many of these positions overlapped which happens when you work in smaller school districts.
Bobbie believes in schools that focus on the whole child and creates an environment where all students feel they belong. Bobbie is also an avid photographer and loves to tell her school’s story.
Bobbie loves to read and is slowly working her way through all of the DBC Inc. books. There’s always something new to learn or a good book to get lost in.
Her passion for making sure teachers have the professional learning community, appreciation, coaching and resources they need to be their BEST for kids EVERY day has led her to start this blog, with lots of encouragement from my PLN!
Bobbie has an amazing husband, Curt and her college son, Zack, that keep her busy and laughing. They enjoy sports together and don’t miss a Patriots or Bruins game on TV. Bobbie also has two loving yellow Labrador retrievers, Bruschi & Blizzard.
